This cut comes from the triangular section of the sirloin primal, where the sirloin meets the round and flank. The name says it all: Tri-Tip = Triangular = Three tips. Known for its excellent marbling, this approximate 2.5 lb cut delivers a juicy, beefy flavor that shines whether you’re grilling, smoking, or roasting it in the oven.
